I have a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and over 14 years experience in the field. I offer motivation and sound personal training built on the latest scientific research and my continuing education in the fitness field. My background covers the following areas of fitness: general fitness, toning, strength, postural improvement, flexibility, weight loss or pre/postnatal fitness.
My straight forward approach will help you to understand what you need to be fit. I will help you build a solid foundation of core strength and stability on which we will work to create the stronger, leaner, fitter you.
Fitness is a lifestyle; it is how we stay young and strong as we move through life. You are never too old or "out of shape" to improve on your state of fitness.
Your first session is free, no strings attached. We meet*, I do an evaluation (including body fat) and will show you some exercises that are specific to your needs. After that, you can decide if I am the fitness professional for you. It's that simple.
